In the beginning God made Earth and it was full of water, according to Moses God then began the largest Land reclamation exercise in recorded history. Without this reclamation there would never have been sufficient space for the trees to grow, the landscaping of Eden or the eventual home of Adam and Eve or their off springs.

We all know Land is a fundamental portion of capital asset acquisition as long as we live on earth. And this was especially very significant almost globally to the extent that wars were fought and lost for the reason of taking over mineral rich lands in the plains or mountains for food security, wealth, taking over trading corridors and for mining.

As a matter of fact, it is so essential that despite the fact that capital can now be acquired via non real assets such as stocks, Intellectual property and the likes, we still have neocolonialism in many parts of our continent where Land is being tactfully stripped of inhabitants of the land. Essentially, Land will always be vital as long as the earth remains!

It is a REAL asset and it is sometimes a risk free ESTATE. To a lot of people, when we speak of Property or Real Estate assets, wealth and investments they largely think of Land acquisition or of how to become Landlords.

I decided to undertake real studies of various means by which one can get into the Real Estate Sector to earn a significant income without ever going through the sometimes difficult procedures and yet make significant wealth acquisition Legally.

We began to look at the entire value chain in the sector and saw what not many people had seen and with my team we came up with this book that is meant to guide us largely on making good real estate money and sustainable wealth resistant to economic uncertainty.

In the opening paragraph we talked about Land reclamation where the waters were separated from the land, and you would ordinarily ignore an opportunity in Land reclamation until you realise that if one actually does have access to resources and instruments of reclamation, you could make significant wealth which you can indeed have as your own capital for greater economic power.

Let’s start by telling you the story of a prominent preacher, he bought a few hectares of land somewhere around Mowe outskirts of Lagos and till today, he makes excess of 10 million naira per annum (on plots sold). Let me shock you, he bought the land for about N3000-N4000 in the 90s. This makes his profit about 10000%.

There are also stories of people who inherited houses built by their parents and until the 20th year and even more, they will keep on getting rent; this is for sure what everyone wants. Interestingly, this keeps them united as a family as they get to share money at the end of every month or year as the case maybe. Again, there is the story of parents who had lots of landed property and at a critical moment in life, these properties became the opportunity for their children to get financial freedom/emancipation, (someone once said he sold one of his landed properties to sponsor his daughter’s wedding). This is the desire of everyone when it comes to real estate, putting money and getting either one-time big dividend or a consistent monthly or annual dividend/yield/return. This is like interest being paid on the principal; you can call it easy money if you want.

As interesting and tempting as all of these sound, there are vital precepts to be considered for profitable investments, and in this book, we will be educating and enlightening us on the;

• How to invest in real estate without any money, with little money and all the way to investing with huge sums of money.

Please note however, that if you are looking for quick money or immediate reward and gratification, do not bother to go further in this book, as this book is meant to guide you on how to invest wisely and not greedily.

So, this book seeks to be an eye-opener, revealing hows and how-nots. A manual by which you can live and set targets for yourself in order to attain that goal of yours within a time limit set by yourself.
